I have found only 2 marriages in Norfolk of a John Cordy to an Elizabeth at about the right time. The other marriage was to an Elizabeth Long in 1712 but as we know from the Monumental Inscription that she was 80 on death in 1780 she would have been only 12 or thereabouts on marriage.

The most likely baptism I have found was on 12th December 1700 when an Elizabeth Freakes was baptised at Wymondham. She was illegitimate and the mother was Anne Freakes. There was also an Elisabeth Freake baptised at Terrington St Clement on 12th April 1703 but this is somewhat further from Norwich.
