As indicated in another note Sarah does not appear to have been baptised. From Census entries she could have been born any time from 1816 to 1821 (ignoring 1871 when someone's arithmetic seems to have gone 20 years awry!). She was still alive in 1881 living with her son, Frederick, and his family but I haven't found any later records: census, remarriage or death.
