William Lucas married Sarah Holman in 1765 and William was stated to be of St Mary Aldermary. She was baptised in 1751 so it is likely that William was born round about that time. There are several baptisms of William Lucas in that period but none of them at St Mary Aldermary or neighbouring parishes.
