There appear to be only 2 marriages in the area of a John Bond to a Sarah at the right sort of time, one at Feering (about 10 miles from Maldon) and one at Wormingford (about 20 miles from Maldon).

The one at Feering seems to be the correct one as there are baptisms of (different) children of John & Sarah at Wormingford.

There are several baptisms of a John Bond in Essex. The one at Tollesbury in 1730 seems to be the nearest to Feering and Maldon but the date does seem to be on the early side. More evidence is needed before I can assume that this is the correct one.

There are also many baptisms of a Sarah James in Essex. One of these took place at Maldon St Mary but there was also a marriage there of a Sarah James to a John King 21 years later so I have eliminated that one. The next nearest baptism in the area was at Terling in 1742 but I cannot be certain that this is the right one.
