• 29th July 1953 - set sail from Liverpool to Quebec
• 29th July 1954 - arrived in Honolulu having set sail from Vancouver
• 5th August 1955 - arrived at Southampton having set sail from Auckland, New Zealand
• 18th October 1957 - arrived at Southampton having set sail from New York
• 6th June 1959 - arrived at Southampton having set sail from Montreal

It is also known that he visited Australia in about 1955.
