Francis O'Hanlon married Beatrice (Beattie) Woodage in 1934 and had 3 children. Beattie died in her 50s. Although Francis remarried, the 3 children did not get on with his second wife. All three served in the forces. Stella married in Singapore but a few years later left her husband and daughter and nothing more was heard of her until it was learnt that she had committed suicide in 1988. Because of the Irish troubles Vernon changed his surname to Woodage (on marriage, I believe) and Eunice changed her name to Veronica Lawrence.
