The baptism entry for Sarah Keaquick at Hampstead on 25th July 1800 indicated that she was the daughter of John & Susanna Keaquick but I have been unable any marriage for John & Susanna or any other record for Susanna.

If John & Susanna really were married then presumably Susanna died before John married Hannah Skevington in 1801 in Southwark.
