Sarah Barrow married Robert Tootell at St Thomas the Apostle, Exeter in 1773. I have not managed to trace a baptism entry for her in the area. Practically all the Devon parish register entries for Barrow in the relevant period are in the Barnstaple area but I haven't even traced a baptism for a Sarah Barrow there.

There is the burial of a Sarah Tootell at St Thomas the Apostle, Exeter in 1825. Her abode was Cowick Street and she was a widow of 87 making birth around 1738. This seems a bit early for one of her children to have been baptised in 1790.
