There were three baptisms of an Ann Child at Roxton (which is between Keysoe and Sandy) at about the right time:

5th April 1696  -  Father's name John
13th February 1697  -  Father's name Thomas
14th May 1700  -  Father's name George.

Mothers' names were not given in the parish register.

None of these may be the correct Ann Child but, if one of them was, the 1697 baptism seems the most likely as the parents may have been following the convention of naming the first son after the father and the second son after the mother's father.
